Terms of Service

Glimpse is a tool that helps you find local businesses, generate preview websites for them from publicly available information, and draft personalised outreach. You decide who to contact and what to send — Glimpse is a tool, and you are responsible for how you use it.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
• One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your use of Glimpse — especially any outreach you send — must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). In short: keep outreach personal and relevant, identify yourself honestly, honour unsubscribe requests, and never send to people who have opted out.

Glimpse helps you prepare messages, but you are the sender. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages, for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and for compliance with anti-spam and privacy laws in your recipients' locations. We are not the sender and are not liable for your outreach.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Business information shown in Glimpse comes from third-party sources such as Google Maps / Places and OpenStreetMap, and is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it's accurate, complete or current, and you should verify anything important before relying on it.

We own the Glimpse software, brand and templates. You own the edits and content you add. The preview sites you generate are for your legitimate outreach use; you may not resell or redistribute the Glimpse platform itself.

Glimpse is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise specific results (such as a number of replies or sales) and we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Glimpse is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your outreach or your use of third-party data.

You can stop using Glimpse and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Glimpse after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
